Leg Day!

After a festive St. Patty’s day celebration yesterday I was very ready to hit the gym today and get my sweat on! I did this leg workout within 30 minutes and by the end of it I had sweat dripping down my nose and my legs felt like jelly. So all in all… a pretty AWESOME workout!

Repeat each circuit 3 times and make sure weights are moderate-heavy.

Circuit 1:

  1. 10 narrow leg press
  2. 10 kettle bell dead lifts
  3. 10 on each side kettle bell standing side crunch
  4. 10 plié box jumps

Circuit 2:

  • 10 plié squats on the smith machine
  • 10 on each side Bunny hops over bench
  • 15 Reverse crunches on the bench

Circuit 3:

  • 10 on each side Smith machine lunges
  • 6-8 Jump squats onto bench
  • 15 on each side Bicycle crunches
