After a festive St. Patty’s day celebration yesterday I was very ready to hit the gym today and get my sweat on! I did this leg workout within 30 minutes and by the end of it I had sweat dripping down my nose and my legs felt like jelly. So all in all… a pretty AWESOME workout!
Repeat each circuit 3 times and make sure weights are moderate-heavy.
Circuit 1:
- 10 narrow leg press
- 10 kettle bell dead lifts
- 10 on each side kettle bell standing side crunch
- 10 plié box jumps
Circuit 2:
- 10 plié squats on the smith machine
- 10 on each side Bunny hops over bench
- 15 Reverse crunches on the bench
Circuit 3:
- 10 on each side Smith machine lunges
- 6-8 Jump squats onto bench
- 15 on each side Bicycle crunches
